Sherwood/Topping Wedding at Valley View Event Center

     There’s something timeless and magical about weddings, Seth and Anna's wedding at Valley View, hidden on a gravel road in the southern Iowa countryside was no exception.

     As a photographer, I'm always worried about finding the perfect spot to do a first look, what is the background going to look like, how photo friendly is the venue in general, not to mention facilitating moments that give me those real candid moments with the couples that I love to capture......Well none of that seems to be an issue at Valley View Event Center, it is absolutely beautiful. Everywhere you turn is another perfect setting for a photo. The entire day was organized and ran with surgical precision all without sacrificing even an ounce of fun.

     As for Seth and Anna well.....they have a kind of love that makes my job easy. From the first look, to their spontaneous and romantic chemistry, they were effortlessly in love and completely in the moment. These are the stories I love to capture.

    Every wedding is a new story, and I feel honored each time I’m invited to tell it. Seth and Anna were a constant reminder all day why I enjoy doing this. For me it’s not only about pictures, it’s about preserving the feelings you had in that moment.

     Seth and Anna, thank you for letting me be part of your day. Your love, laughter, and genuine joy were a gift to witness. May these photos always take you back to this incredible day.
